We are currently seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as Snr Territory Manager to be based in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you will will be responsible for designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands companyu2019s customer base create market demand and ensure its strong presence in the UAE market among different verticals. You will win, maintain, and expand relationships with end users and assigned channel partners, and will be responsible for achieving sales, Business Development, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives.
The Snr Territory Manager represents the entire range of Commercial Fire Products and services to assigned partners though may focus on a specific solution or product set if focused in a specific vertical market. What Will You Be Doing Every Single Day
.Work on getting the Honeywell Commercial Fire (HCF) Products approved by the approval authorities in the region.
.Develop and maintain relationships with allocated end-users and partners across the UAE by promoting HCFu2019s solutions and negotiating orders to maximize revenue in accordance with pre-defined targets
.Responsible for the sales revenue and to develop appropriate Channels, manage partners including the training and development of their teams.
.Monitor and maximize own sales volume and distribution to meet or exceed annual targets
.Seek out competitor information, maintain knowledge of new developments in the market place and communicate information
.Maintain a good understanding of customer needs and expectations and handles all customer complaints or concerns appropriately and in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
.Submit weekly, monthly and as requested business reports to management, ensure optimum use of online tools and resources as advised by management
.Coordinate with other Honeywell product Business units to enlist support on specific Projects and develop specifications and Channels
.Drive Marketing initiatives such as seminars, focus meeting and demand generation activities by establishing direct relations with end users, key customers and key players in different verticals.What Skills and Experience Will You Have
.Bachelor in Electronics / Communication Engineer
.Previous proven Sales experience within the Fire Industry in the UAE
.Working knowledge of the UAEmarket within the Fire industry with an established network of clients.
.Working knowledge of Security, Safety, Controls, Energy, Building Management, ELV selling.
.Significant experience in a Sales/Account/Vertical Management/Business Development related field.
.Demonstarted teachnical expertise in the Fire products domain working on Operations, Projects delivery, Engineering or Services functions.
.An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
.An ability to influence customers, while maintaining healthy relationships
.Proven track record on consultative selling skills
.A proficient understanding of key sales principles and best practices
.Excellent team and communication skills
.An ability to influence across a broader organization
.Significant experience in selling (industrial) products
.Deep technical expertise
.Understanding of the Honeywell value proposition as well as the competitive landscape
.Fluency in English and Arabic Languages.
