Job Description

  1. Conduct client visits about sales
  2. Explore the market in terms of business development and identify market trends
  3. Be the key point of contact for clients and provide both pre- and after-sales advice to ensure that client requirements are addressed. Provide the best product or service that will best satisfy their requirements in terms of quality, price, and delivery
  4. Ensure that the company sales targets are understood and met
  5. Prepare tenders and quotations for assigned companies. 
  6. Negotiate tender terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs. 
  7. Follow up on the quotations and ensure the processing and timely delivery of the orders by following up with the concerned department/team on PO and delivery schedules.
  8. Follow up on pending payments from the customers.
  9. Develop long-term relationships with clients by managing and anticipating their requirements.
  10. Calculate client quotations and administer client accounts.
  11. Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product training to employees when needed.
  12. Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to promote the company’s products and services.
  13. Understand the market of the region allocated to the incumbents
  14. Understand and meet the sales commission criteria of the company  
  15. Obtain outdoor sale orders by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales customers to ensure the achievement of sales targets set by the manager/company.
  16. Focus on sales efforts by studying the existing and potential volume of orders.
  17. Understand the market of the region allocated to the incumbents
  18. Understand and meet the sales commission criteria of the company

Skills
Minimum 3 – 5 years of sales experience in a similar industryBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.Good knowledge of the products, materials, and procedures.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of ERPSales experience in lifting and equipment accessories.
