Requirements:
1. more than 12 years GCC construction experience.
2. more than 5 years mega project(1 billion above) procurement experience.
3. profoundly understand the local market and international trading ,proficent of procurement contract.
4. mature and self-motivated,with excellent negotiation skills.
5. outstanding anti-pressure ability is required,be able to corporate with our rigorous commercial and procurement team.Always push the things moving forward positively instead of wait for the help or reply.
6. we are working on a railway project,hence metro/tram/railway experience will be a plus
