We are currently seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as Energy Snr Sales Representative to be based in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you will be the primary customer interface responsible for the development of new business and new relationships in pursuit of growth for HBS in the Gulf for our Energy Saving Business (EPC). You will establish and own the plans and strategies aimed at serving and expanding the customer sales base in your assigned area alongside driving sales through a thorough understanding of the target customeru2019s business, drivers, and organization, and an understanding of the value that HBS brings to them, which allows for cross-BT Honeywell selling and Software based solutions. What Will You Be Doing Every Single Day
.Deliver and exceed the assigned sales target / AOP.
.Meet and exceed assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives by effective up-selling and cross-selling.
.Ensure a continued update of the CRM Tool (NEX) system with all sales related activities including (but not limited to) meeting schedules, meeting notes, contact persons, business plans and project pipelines.
.Maintain high and accurate sales forecasting u2013 2% accuracy
.Business Relationships: Actively seek out, plan and leverage internal and external relationships to drive business for HBT. Establish strategic relationships or a vision for developing a committed customer. Network internally with HBS / HBT to achieve full customer satisfaction with the best HBS/HBT resources.
.Sales Process: Proactively lead, manage and execute the disciplined sales process from start to finish; anticipate customer needs and requirements ensuring that they are met every step of the way from sale to execution
.Customers: Exhibit extensive knowledge of the customersu2019 business, strategic drivers, and financial requirements with the ability to discuss and leverage strategic business value in conversation at the highest levels of the organization.
.People Management: Leverage resources to address customersu2019 drivers and initiatives; Guide and leverage management and executive sponsor interactions with new customers; provide strategic vision for order, margin and growth in new accounts, new markets, and new geographies while driving self and others for positive business results for HBS.
.Analysis of market dynamics and value proposition to target defined customer sets.
.Facilitate competitive strategy planning with the team.
.Network effectively both internally and externally to develop strong relationship to drive results and growth.
.Maintain close coordination with the other regional sales team and other regional function leadership to deliver common regional targets.
.Report weekly performance to leadership.What Skills and Experience Will You Have
.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
.Previous proven executive level enterprise selling experience
.Customer engagement at senior levels; building long-term strategic and executive relationships
.Enterprise selling – experience with collaborating across both client and own organization to drive a One-Honeywell approach
.Proven experience prospecting for opportunities
.Extensive vertical customer expertise enabling effective communications at the highest level of the customeru2019s organization is preferable.
.Demonstrated previous customer acquisition experience
