As an Organizational Design & Workforce Effectiveness Consultant, you will work closely with the Organizational Design and HR Business Partner team to apply organization design tools and techniques to assess, diagnose, design and deliver custom solutions needed to optimize and enhance organizational effectiveness. The incumbent will support organizational effectiveness projects through data collection and analysis, workshop facilitation, content design, and project management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Organizational Design, Workforce Effectiveness, and Analytics Team projects and initiatives including, but not limited to indirect headcount planning, department re-organizations, and workforce metrics
- Utilize SWA org design methods, activities and tools for Org and Team structure, spans and layers analysis, org sizing, reporting lines, Org and Team effectiveness
- Lead department re-organizations using SWA org design methodology
- Create presentations to communicate narrative and story behind org design and workforce processes and proposals
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, leaders, and FP&A to optimize workforce labor spend and assess the effectiveness of talent investments across categories of labor
- Interpret and reconcile workforce / headcount data
- Create presentations and tell the story behind workforce data and provide insights to customers and people leaders
- Leverage OrgVue, PRISM, Workday systems to create org chart / org design options, and understand headcount and org design metrics (spans, layers, labor cost)
- Support process to forecast and plan indirect workforce supply, demand, and attrition
- Develop OD guidelines and KPIs
- Must be able to meet any physical ability requirements listed on this description
Job Requirements:
- Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and must have advanced presentation and formatting skills

- Takes personal ownership to influence recommendations, judgments, actions, and decisions related to advising stakeholders
- Keeps Leadership up-to-date on project status considering the nuances of each internal Customer

- Marshals resources (People, materials and support) to accomplish complex tasks
- Presents compelling arguments to support decisions with data to back up proposed solutions
