About the client:
The hiring company is a high-end casual dining restaurant in Dubai, UAE.

Job Role:
– Control stock levels and identify specific stock requirements
– Control the activities of other staff members working in food production within the kitchen
– Supervise back of house staff and ensure all products are made in accordance to the company standards
– Monitor delivery times of products and take action if appropriate
– Deal effectively with all concerns of the back of house staff
– Maintain a positive and challenging work environment by building a strong team environment
