About the Client: 

A well-known French fine dining restaurant in Abu Dhabi

Job Description: 

 Produce high quality plates both design and taste wise

 Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards

 Fill in for the Executive Chef in planning and directing food preparation when necessary

 Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation

 Manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedule and assess staff’s performance

Position Title:         Sous ChefEmployment Type:     Full Time Salary:                 up to 8K AED, depending on the experience and qualifications plus company   shared accommodation, transportation and duty meals Job Location:          Abu Dhabi, UAEQualifications:  Male, 35 years old and below Bachelor’s degree in related field At least 3 years’ experience in the same role (F&B or Hospitality groups, 5* hotels, preferably from high end casual restaurants  French cuisine experience is a must Must have sample portfolio Should be fully vaccinated
