Job description / Role
• Lead the social media strategy, content planning and community management
• Develop overarching, annual and product launch social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok
• Manage, strategize and plan engaging content that delivers on KPI’s for social media campaigns
• Collaborate across functions to deliver effective content marketing strategy and editorial plans
• Accountable for all the content initiatives to drive traffic, engagement that deliver on the brand platform
• Monitor performance KPI’s
• Build a strong relationship with the key clients
• Manage, coach, mentor and grow a team of social media executives across accounts
• Implement an effective social media function
• Support building the overall agencies expertise and knowledge in the field
