- You are part of the innovation management in the digital industries and develop strategies and concepts to create an environment for customer focus and to integrate innovations into the operative business
Job Requirements:
Qualification & Experience:
- You already have experience with employee and customer workshops
- You are characterized by strong communication and teamwork skills, initiative, planning and organizational skills as well as quick comprehension and structured work
- First practical experience, for example being able to approach different stakeholders in order to develop and implement strategies and concepts on the subject of customer centricity
- You are successfully studying work / organizational psychology, marketing or business administration
- Because you work in an international team, you have a very good knowledge of German as well as a good knowledge of English
- You are safe in dealing with the common MS Office package
