Job Summary
The role holder is responsible for filling, arranging, sorting, and placing inventory onto store shelves for display in a timely and accurate manner, and ensuring that all products on display comply with the brand’s rules and guidelines.
Accountabilities
Core Responsibilities:
• Places and sorts all stocks according to standard layout norms and brand’s rules and regulations
• Replenishes and refills the inventory that is for sale and assures continuous stock availability, ongoing recovery and maintenance in the store
• Ensures that products displayed on shelves are not damaged and comply with brand’s rules and regulations
• Validates labels, tags, and prices, to ensure accuracy of placing products in the right shelves
• Maintains tidiness and cleanliness of products placed on shelves at all times
• Highlights any issues related to inventory to the management to ensure corrective action is in place
• Notifies staff of discrepancies or shortages of inventory and facilitates replacement of products in a timely manner
