Role: Shareholder Services Specialist II
Location: Abu Dhabi – Al Bateen Building
Practice Share Registration Services day to day activities

  1. Handling CSCA customer service front desk, by assisting incoming customers or by answering their inquiries through emails or phone calls & Respond to their complains
  2. Providing branches with support in answering / solving their queries and problem faced in day to day.
  3. Participating with CSCA team daily tasks.
  4. Handling CSCA Operations, such as (updating custody, stop payments chq, Verify Dematerialized shares and process Transfers, etc.).
  5. Participate in the AGM meeting preparations.
  6. Ensure compliance to ADIB policies, procedures, guidelines and standards.
  7. Participate in the IPO processes.
  8. Checking reports related to CSCA daily tasks.
  9. Handling CSCA Correspondence’s external / internal.


  1. Ability to use MS Office.
  2. Ability to handle customer service.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
