Description

Program and Transition Manager – Major Project – Riyadh, KSA

– Coordinate Shared Services Organization Model initiation and transition phases;
– Oversee and coordinate all aspects, as program manager between internal clients, line management, Sectors, other departments, consulting services and contractors;
– Will be responsible for aligning expectations, developing efficient and effective plan, managing project team members and stakeholders, meeting milestones, managing scope, and executing project deliverables;
– Manage a Consulting Service scope focused on Operating Model for all departments, Services Gap Analysis and implementation/roll-out planning.
– Will partner with departments leaders and staff, and execute processes mapping, services catalogue definition, service level agreements design, KPIs definition, etc
