Services Sales (Account Manager) UP TO 20K AED For A System Integrators & IT Service Providers
– Develop and maintain to grow the services business of the company (AMC, Outsourcing, PS, etc.)
– Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
– Responsible for working with the sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
– Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
– Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers
– Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts
– Communicates client needs and demands to the employer company
– Forecasts and tracks client account metrics
– Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
– Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
– Collaborates with the sales team to reach prospective clients
– Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
– Keep records of client transactions
