This job opportunity is with a large Automotive Company based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
As a Service Manager, you would be responsible delegating service tasks, managing the team and ensuring that the targets and objectives are achieved. Provide excellent after-sales service and resolve escalated client complaints to lessen recurring issues. Maintain high standards of repair service to build good customer relationships. You would monitor the team’s productivity and performance. Conduct regular in-house meetings and give recommendations to improve the service area. Update job descriptions and train new employees. Make sure that the department is working in accordance with the health and safety regulations.
