- Professional service and support for our restaurant and shop customers
- Advice, support and service to our customers and guests at the main reception
- Processing of customer inquiries and managing member administration
- Sale of the offer, preparation and follow-up
- Help in the kitchen, general clean-up
- Support other employees
- Responsibility for quality, hygiene, order, safety and cleanliness in the entire area
- Collaboration in other areas if required
Requirements Of Job
- Successfully completed training in the catering / hotel industry or a qualified further education (hotel management school or equivalent higher technical examination)
- Experience in the service sector (e.g. tourism, hotel business, reception)
- Willingness to take on short-term substitution in the event of illness and holidays
