Service and Support Executive

  • Professional service and support for our restaurant and shop customers
  • Advice, support and service to our customers and guests at the main reception
  • Processing of customer inquiries and managing member administration
  • Sale of the offer, preparation and follow-up
  • Help in the kitchen, general clean-up
  • Support other employees
  • Responsibility for quality, hygiene, order, safety and cleanliness in the entire area
  • Collaboration in other areas if required

Requirements Of Job

  • Successfully completed training in the catering / hotel industry or a qualified further education (hotel management school or equivalent higher technical examination)
  • Experience in the service sector (e.g. tourism, hotel business, reception)
  • Willingness to take on short-term substitution in the event of illness and holidays
