A leading government entity in Abu Dhabi is looking to appoint a Senior Specialist Organizational Development, reporting to the Human Resources Manager. Development designs and develops HR processes and procedures and contributes to the development of all related Organizational Development. The Senior Specialist – Organizational Development is key to the providing timely delivery of HR data analysis, collaborates across HR and proactively reviews and recommends solutions that enhance the delivery of all HR services.
Main Responsibilities:
– Designs and develops new HR programs align with the organization vision and mission
– Collaborates across all organization departments to gather and present data for project implementation
– Project manages the Job Descriptions database, Organization Chart and HR monthly reporting
– Communicates and exemplifies the vision, mission and strategic direction of the Louvre Abu Dhabi
– Builds and maintains strong, collaborative relationships with the management and all organization staff
– Identifies best practices and recommends enhancements to HR processes with a focus on future needs, budget realities and organization alignment
– Oversees and drives projects across HR from initiation through to implementation
– Works on strategy to increase HR KPI’s from engagement to process improvement
– Designs and develops new HR programs using best practice knowledge and expertise
– Manages the databases for HR including job description creation and changes and career maps
– Manages all changes in the organization chart and ensure accurate version controls
