Managing a small team of junior staff, the role of Senior Sales Support Engineer will be fully involved with all technical aspects of new installation projects for this global engineering and manufacturing organisation. You will provide expertise across the multiple phases of each project, whilst adhering to all health and safety compliance and regulations as per both industry and company standards.
It is expected that the ideal individual will be from the vertical transport sector and therefore have experience in handling complex queries and tender processes regarding commercial and technical requirements, whilst offering sound guidance to the client. You will be involved from the initial process though to project completion and hand over to the after sales teams and therefore you will manage traffic analysis with support from the junior team, cost and compliance statements, final agreed specifications, calculations of material costs and complete project spend. Coordinating with a number of internal department including QHSE, installation and finance for submission of quotes and tenders you should be an excellent communicator with additional Arabic and/ or Hindi language fluency as a distinct advantage.
