The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities This person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers Responsibilities -Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms. -Determine client’s needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them. -Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring fair and honest dealing. -Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.) -Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices. -Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills. -Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. -Pleasant and trustworthy Qualifications -Minimum 3 – year experience in Dubai Real Estate Market. – English, French or Russian speakers are required

You have at least 3 years experience within a Sales (B2C) or Business Development, ideally within the Real Estate industry. • Target driven with a proven track record of success in a similar role. • Strong team player and goal orientated. • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and Presentation skills • Effective negotiation, and analytical skills • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills. • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
