- Define and implement QA/ testing strategy and approach, including definition of related rules and procedures. Manage the quality assurance and testing infrastructure.
- Establish QA/ testing standards and requirements, and make sure strategic vendors are properly informed.
- Manage and oversee the QA and testing phase in coordination with key vendors.
- Create consistent reports on software releases.
- Conduct all quality testing, maintenance, and deliverables associated with an organization’s information technology initiative
- Manage continuous quality improvement to ensure the delivery of the best possible IT products and services
- Manage testing, evaluating, and optimizing applications and information technology processes
- Develop and promote best practices and protocols to be followed in quality assurance testing
- 3 /4 years experience in QA, 1/2 years in senior position
- Appropriate certification (e.g. ISTQB) a plus
- Good knowledge of financial sector (preferably FinTech) products
- Good knowledge of national and international standards
- Expertise in various information technology testing applications
