The Senior Product Designer will play a key role in the design and creative direction of software, apps and overall look and feel of the platform. You will be in charge of researching, prototyping and delivering finished assets for the engineering team to take forward and bring to life.

Description
* Research: selecting and implementing appropriate UX research activities
* Prototype: by combining your research and creativity, you will communicate potential solutions via interactive prototypes
* Deliver: using either the Adobe Creative Suite or Sketch or Figma you will produce clear finished assets that are easy for Engineering teams to take forward
* Iterate: you are keen to give and receive feedback – in qualitative and quantitative form – and know how and when to take action
* Creative Leadership: you will work closely with the VP Product to iterate the creative process and select appropriate tools
