• Analyzing problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve them.
• Collaborate with other engineers and professionals by using leadership skills
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Coordinate all resources for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Reporting to Managers and Provides Up-to date reports.
