Senior Manager – Leasing and Property

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with a long-standing local investment company in Dubai – UAE, who have a diversified portfolio of Real Estate assets across the UAE. They are looking to hire a Senior Manager of Property and Leasing into their Dubai office.

Your main role will be to manage the Investment Companies Real Estate portfolio within all Leasing and Property Management functions. You will be responsible for the performance and strategy of occupancy rates and monitor and drive their operation performance. Reporting directly to the CEO you will communicate with external property / facilities management outsourcing companies and work closely with the on-site leasing and building managers, to ensure smooth day-to-day running of each building / asset. You will organize and lead meetings with key stakeholders and clients. In addition you will continuously analyse the market and identify opportunities to increase leasing performance. Identify ways to streamline property management performance and best practices.
