Senior Manager/Director – Global Business Services

Job Description :
Our client a global consultancy is looking to hire a Senior Manager/Director with Shared Services and Global Business Services experience to be based in the UAE.Relevant Experience:

• In-depth understanding and experience in Shared Service Centre and Global Business Services assessments, design and implementation services
• Experienced with feasibility study and business cases
• Sourcing model (captive, hybrid, BOT, outsourced), processes and SLAs
• IT system expertise is highly preferred across multiple ERPs
• Experience in managing the transition and go-live and post-go-live support
• Provide high function atmosphere that enables the team to deliver effectively and achieve the highest quality

Qualification:

• Education: Master’s degree or equivalent
• Experience in managing an outsourcing transaction
• Strong knowledge and experience of all or several of the following functions: Finance, IT, HR, Resources, Facilities, and Procurement
• Language Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English
