It is a well regarded and modern entity with a forward thinking attitude, not traditional in any way. The legal team is a small but growing one and this is a very key strategic hire for them
Description
* Support the team in corporate transactions across the globe – transaction management
* Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal controls
* Participate during trials
* Reviewing and drafting all contracts (local and overseas) including MOUs MOA, AOA, M&A’s, Deal Advisory, etc
* Instil corporate governance policies
