Job description / Role
This role is with one of our subsidiaries based in Dubai Investment Park:
Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Assisting and supporting management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues.
• Managing the Global HR system effectively to process all employee information, hiring and termination.
• Managing all Global HR Programs related to performance management, employee survey, salary review, etc.
• Visa processing for all employees
• Monitoring and assist managers/supervisors with hiring processes.
• Coordinating and conduct applicant reference checks, background checks.
• Managing the orientation of new employees.
• Ensuring accurate maintenance of all employee records and files.
• Supporting processing and maintenance of payroll records
• Serve as Human Resources subject matter expert
• Train new hires on Human Resources processes, programs, policies, information systems
• Managing the renewal of trade licenses, office leases, and medical insurance
