Job description / Role
– Prepare a detailed plan based on concept of operations, in consultation with the director
– Security operations and relevant stakeholders
– Support the director
– Security operations in defining the short term and long-term goals and objectives
– Oversee and manage security planning and delivery for the security operations screening
– Developing and implementing security policies, protocols and procedures
– Controlling budgets for security operations and monitor expenses
– Develop detailed plans for one of the screening area to cover all aspects of the security arrangements as directed including; scenario, contingency, incident management and emergency evacuation, and others
– Lead and deliver on plans ensuring effective execution, working closely with workforce, machinery and logistics
– Monitor and manage timelines and deliverables, ensuring that all milestones are identified and met
– Oversee training requirements for staff involved in screening, ensuring appropriate personnel are trained and briefed as appropriate
– Set objectives and evaluate performance of individual direct reports and actively manage key personnel issues
