Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer Management:
  • Entry of work orders, establishment of after-sales quotes, establishment of invoices, customer follow-up, management of administrative files, management of bank guarantees.
  • Accounting :
  • Entry of transfers and check remittance, creation of new customers, entry of bank statements.
  • Miscellaneous administrative:
  • Miscellaneous mail, opening and management of mail, preparation of tender documents in relation with Business Managers, preparation of check remittances, management of emails

Job Requirements:

Administrative and Accounting training or significant experience (5 years) in a similar position in the building/industry sector

Have a good knowledge of business management and accounting
