Job description / Role

• Handling the reception desk and maintaining all documents organized.
• Maintaining schedule of meeting for Manager – Projects Purchases.
• Handling the switchboard and provide proper information to callers and visitors.
• Receive walk-in clients and assist them by directing them to the appropriate persons/departments according to their needs.
• Preparing Project Tender Invitation, Summary Tender Comparison and Detailed BOQ Analysis.
• Reviewing all the commercial and technical documents submitted by all suppliers.
• Counter checking the BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and specification.
• Verifying the contact information of recommended suppliers.
