Job Description:

Facilitating change in the category, using customer and market insight to develop category strategy for range, product development, merchandising, promotions and customer communication. Ensuring all activity is reviewed and learnings shared acrossteams

Job Responsibilities:

  • This role is key to developing our customer offer, through sourcing and interpreting customer and market insight, identifying strategic opportunities, understanding the Trading Strategy, and ultimately facilitating the development of Category Plans that support our ambitions.

Job Requirements:

  • Demonstrate strong project management and presentation skills
  • Work collaboratively and have strong influencing skills
  • Think independently, are curious and can challenge the status quo
  • Demonstrate a customer centric approach
  • Analyse and review data to draw key insights
  • Able to think strategically and apply this to practical solutions

Qualification & Experience:

  • Able to articulately present plans, ideas and concepts
