Our client, a well known educational institution, is currently looking for a School Scheduling Coordinator (UAE national) to be based in Al Ain. In this role, you will report to the Head of Administration and have the following responsibilities:
• handling all clerical tasks in a school’s office.
• answering phones, filing records, and greeting visitors.
• reading and responding to mail and email from parents, students, school board members, teachers, and others.
• recording student attendance, handling student or teacher requests, and reporting to school administrators.
