SAP Platform & Technologies CEE’s work with the most cutting-edge and innovative SAP solutions and supports SAP’s most strategic SAP P&T Cloud customers.

Our Customer Engagement Executives (CEE)’s are responsible for the day-to-day customer engagement from signature onwards. In this position, you will drive the experience of your customers around product onboarding, use-case identification, project initiation, architecture and governance coaching, project companionship, post-launch relationship management, and renewal negotiations.

Job Responsibilities:

In this role, you would drive value realization for our customers. You will proactively engage customers post-sale to ensure they get maximum value from their SAP Platform & Technologies Cloud Solutions. You can understand the big picture and assist with escalations or critical situations management. You will be the technical trusted advisor “Cloud Solution Architect” through providing “To-Be” State Architecture workshops, best practices, VIP webinars, and driving Re-platforming discussions with Customers. You have a focus on maintaining retention as you will manage the customer renewal process including full execution of the entire opportunity-to-win cycle (including CRM, pricing, rev rec, legal, forecasting, etc.). You’ll use your relationship building skills to build a network of colleagues and customer-facing personnel to support your assigned accounts such as Account Executives, Product Management, Support, Deals Desk, Implementation Services, Partners, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Willingness to travel (up to 30% travel) and the ability to adapt to unique business and cultural practices of each region/country.
• You have excellent communication (oral and written), presentation, program management, and organizational skills.
• Professional knowledge of the similar types of Hyperscaler PaaS Solutions (e.g. MS Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, etc.)
• You have at least 3 years of experience working in the IT Industry. Your background could be Software Engineering, Development
• Management, Project/Product Management, Pre-sales, Customer Engagement, Customer Success, Preferred Care, Consulting, etc.
• Professional knowledge in SAP P&T Cloud Solution portfolio: SAP Cloud Platform, Cloud Databases, Data Warehouse Cloud, Analytics Cloud Solutions
• You have technical Cloud Architecture experience and can guide customers from technical hands-on level to architecture, to strategy as full-stack experts. You have experience with cloud solutions, preferably SAP Cloud Platform, HANA Databases (Cloud), Analytics Cloud Solutions. You can understand, explain, and draft Cloud Architectures.
• Professional knowledge in SAP P&T On-Premise Portfolio, e.g. HANA Databases, Data Warehouse, etc. and/or
• Understanding of one or more SAP P&T Solutions:
