- Leverage Interview/Hire ratio
- Apply Recruiting strategy
- Issue identification, resolution and problem solving
- Actively contributes in client meetings
- Recruiting Reporting & Metrics and provide updates to client groups
- Develop client business presentations and deliver them
- Effective interview process/scheduling
- Effective Time-To-Fill
Job Requirements:
- 2-3+ years relevant professional experience
- 4-year Bachelor’s degree preferred or applicable certification or comparable experience
