Job Description:

Procurement Supplier Services supports the enablement and successful transaction of Suppliers on the SAP Business Network. This team follows up with Suppliers to ensure that they are responding to invitations from Buyers to establish network relationships, taking ownership of their Supplier accounts, and ultimately transacting on the Network with their Customers. The Supplier Education Specialist uses a digital mindset to be an outstanding ambassador to the Supplier throughout the enablement process. Specifically, the Supplier Education Team prepares and delivers the pre & post registration education For Suppliers and creates a positive first impression of SAP Ariba before registering and delivers comprehensive training for users after registering. The Supplier Education & Case Management Specialist will support the team in these activities, when applicable:

Job Responsibilities:

• Assists Suppliers in understanding key value adds, comprehends the art of selling value, and adjusts language and approach bases on audience
• Engages appropriate Support channels to assist Suppliers throughout the Enablement Process
• Leads and supports special projects as assigned
• May assist in preparing and delivering the pre & post registration education package
• Knows SAP Ariba and Supplier Enablement Automation features, understands the value of ecommerce and SAP Ariba, and assists in the supplier education process with customer specific training guides.
• May assist in Supplier Onboarding, which may include outbound calls or emails to Suppliers
• Tracks Supplier questions for proactive team engagement for process and educational materials improvement for increased Supplier support
• Documents all Supplier questions and responses accordingly
• Monitors and assists Supplier questions pre & post registration
• Proactively escalates issues to manager and project teams

Job Requirements:

Qualification & Experience:

• Previous exposure to business operation units such as accounts payable, procurement, finance or collections
• Previous experience in customer or project focus and management skills
• Previous experience with webinar delivery platforms and/or video production
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Previous experience with supporting or selling a technical or service delivery product
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Language
• Strong interpersonal and team skills
• Previous experience in meeting expected deadlines and timelines
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
