Description

-Welcome and assist clients from reception to the service section.
-Ensures clients have a quality experience in the branch.
-Oversee daily salon operations.
-Organize employees’ shifts, considering peak times and seasonality.
-Assist in product inventory as needed.
-Arrange for regular maintenance services for all equipment and facilities.
-Apply hygiene practices across all beauty stations.
-Ensure all beauty treatments meet high quality standards.
-Maintain staff records and branch legal documents.
-Relieve frontliner/cashier as required.

Afrina Beauty and Henna Center is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Salon – Supervisor in the field of Customer Service in one of their office located in Dubai – United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have staff management, customer service qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require supervisor, reception, service, quality, branch, salon, operations, product, inventory, maintenance, equipment, facilities, beauty, quality standards, staff, legal, documents mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 3k to 5k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
