A Real Estate is hiring dedicated and experienced real estate professionals for the position of a Sales Property Coordinator.
• Candidates for this position serve as a vital component of our Sales team providing the brokers with support to ensure smooth operations of the sales pipeline and assisting them in finalizing and closing deals.
• Attend sales calls in a professional and polite manner to obtain client requirements
• Input lead data into company CRM system with utmost accuracy
• Assist in carrying out viewings
• Help manage the sales pipeline with partnered broker.
• Assist brokers in forming and sending sales quotations
• Ensure accurate listing of all properties on CRM system and property portals
