Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
- Reach monthly and annual volume and net target
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
- improve route planning and repeat visit efficiency
- Ensure that the terms and policies in his area are consistent with the overall company policy
- Ensure compliance with company policies in all operations
- Ensure the daily efficiency of stores, accounts and administration stuff
- Regularly assess the number of roads and stuff needed in line with the potential of the area
