Job Description

The Role

– Select and show homes and properties that meet clients’ needs and identifying the best options to meet those needs, refining needs along the way

– Build lists of properties with detailed specifications, advertisements, networking, and relationships

– Head up the negotiations with clients, review contracts terms, and verify accuracy

– Consult with clients on how to sell or rent their home quickly and for a good value

– Advise clients throughout the negotiation process to help them get maximum value for their home

– Estimate property value through skilled comparative market analysis

– Negotiation with prospective buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords from viewing through to offer stage – Answer questions about contracts and terms of sale or rent

– Assist buyers and sellers in marketing and purchasing real estate property for the best price and terms

– Maintain and update listings of your available properties with complete documentation and marketing materials

– Develop business networks and collaborate with developers, mortgage lenders, and banks

– Advise clients throughout the negotiation process to help them get maximum value for their home

Skills
RequirementsShould have at least half a year experience in Dubai Real Estate- Fluent English- Multi-lingual is an advantage (Chinese, Russian or Arabic speaker)- Must be proactive, Task oriented, Self-driven and hard working- Background in commercial and/or residential real estate- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills- Strong networking and sales skills
