Banke International Properties is looking for ambitious, experienced passionate Sales & Leasing Manager .
Manage the Sales and Leasing Consultants. Motivate the Sales & Leasing Consultants and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and objectives.
Set and review targets in line with the Managing Director and motivate them to achieve the targets set. Initiate and coordinate development of action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects in order to penetrate new markets.Ensure that the office maintains accurate record of all pricing, sales and activity reports submitted by the sales team. Prepare manuals and supervise implementation of processes, procedures and standards for the Sales Leasing Consultants.
Training and development needs of staff and recommend training courses in order to improve performance. Ensure accurate listing of all properties. Ensure Prop space is updated regularly with client and property updates. Ensure all contracts are drafted accurately – must review all tenancy and sales contracts and sign them off.
Maintain knowledge of local real estate laws, economies, and type of available mortgages, financing options and government programs.
Recruitment of Sales and Leasing Consultants as and when necessary. Job Requirements Proven working experience as leasing agent Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices
Proven track of successful sales record
Must have experience in handling more than 20 sales agent for a Real Estate Brokerage company
