Job Description

  • 2-3 years experience in Sales & Business Development
  • Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships using a blend of conventional and hi-tech connectivity.
  • Manage and explore current and new accounts in the prescribed area allotted by the manager.
  • Focus on customer retention by lowering churn rate, amplifying sales through trending techniques, thereby adhering to the company’s sales targets.
  • Manage typical conversion rate, sales call, revenue, and other reports in a precise manner for accurate evaluation.
  • Ensure dynamic communication with clients through online and offline modes, thereby promoting company products and services.
  • Collaborating with the design, development, and executive teams to understand a product or a service for subsequent promotional activities.

• Must be good in handling Social Media Accounts, Telesales, Cold calling, and Visiting a Potential Client.

  • Holding a UAE driving license is preferable.

Skills
In-depth knowledge to convert leads into a final customer, thereby contributing to the company revenue.Adept at communicating with the in-house team, clients, and management through formal documentation and discussions.Approaching new and existing customers by following optimum consumer service standards.Ability to prioritize targets as per the requirements set forth by the company.Proven command on improving conversion rate through modern communication channels and impressive presentations.Strong negotiation skills.
