Job Objective:

Support OmniClouds’s Sales team in achieving their set financial targets by targeting Corporate enterprises, SME and Gov in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia and sell them the overall diversified OmniClouds’s business products (all verticals including Cloud services). Maintaining relationship with Key customers and being responsible for their overall satisfaction while keeping the interest of OmniClouds as a priority (Payments, Bad debt, Brand Image, …etc)

Job Specifications:

  • Participate in the achievement of the Section’s objectives by performing related activities
  • Autonomously operate within the policies, procedures, systems, and frameworks applicable to the Section to enable the section to operate efficiently
  • Increase Corporate Account Business customer base, by addressing the current business market needs based on the agreed segmentation
  • Align with Presales and technology department to extend the complex portfolio to customers
  • Retain and develop the current Named account business customer base
  • Sell OmniClouds’s full range of products and services including complex solutions
  • Provide and maintain a world class customer experience and relationship management
  • Identifies key client relationships to grow and build
  • Identify new business opportunities either as add on/pull through sales or in partnership with the company sales.
  • Accountable for the financial performance of the contract – in terms of Revenue.
  • Build customer loyalty
  • Industry Solutions focused on strategic account verticals.
  • Business Strategy- Understand the customer’s business, business strategy and industry direction and manage a long term, sustainable business portfolio.
  • Relationship Building – Expand strategic customer relationships to drive larger impact for the customer and to deliver business outcomes.
  • Business Development Artistry – Responsible for articulating the joint business plan and business opportunity generation with continuous learning and improvement in industries such as Government, Education, Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Automotive, Telco, Media, Oil/Gas/Energy.
  • Conduct data searches for new clients who might benefit from OmniClouds products and services.
  • Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and Company needs.
  • Promote OmniClouds via web and direct marketing.
  • Insure collection for all due invoices.


  • 3 – 4 years of building strategic business partnerships through selling or consulting with enterprise customers. Equally considered will be 3+ years of experience driving digital transformation from within the enterprise customer
  • 3 – 4 years experience in 2 or More of the following Industries such as Government, Education, Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Automotive, Telco, Media, Oil/Gas/Energy.
  • 3+ Experience in selling (Microsoft/Google/AWS/Telecom) solutions to 2 or more of the above-mentioned industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Security Solution experience of 3+ years.
  • Experience in influence-without-authority (networking / orchestration with 70+ internal and external people) in global environments
  • Demonstrated ability to understand how to run business and commercial models (including, but not limited to, portfolio management, P&L ownership, business planning)
  • * An industry mastery of selling to Government is preferred.
