Sales Executive

Job description / Role

Sales Executive will maintain contact with customers and prospects to generate enquiries for the Exeed Litecrete & Exeed Premium Dry Mortar product range, whilst converting the maximum number of quotations into orders within approved pricing levels.

1-Sales and customer management of customer accounts.
2-Develop sales activities to achieve volume and sales revenue targets by increasing brand awareness, providing necessary sales support, targeting and follow up of quotations/opportunities.
3-Project track opportunities in line with the agreed criteria for the area of responsibility.
4-Provide quotations within price list parameters.
5-Convert enquiries into orders at the best possible contribution to maximize profitability within approved pricing levels, escalate opportunities where applicable.
6-Seek and establish market knowledge, including competitive prices, competitor activity, customer activity and action in line with commercial policy.
7-Manage an accurate and up to date enquiry/orderbook log to enable the preparation of management information.
8-Maintain highest level of Customer Service by ensuring a prompt response to customer enquiries and quotes are processed speedily, accurately and efficiently.
9-Manage all sample requests from internal sources. Arrange for these to be provided within stated time-scales.
10-Expand customer base and provide feedback to management
11-Monitor on time execution of received orders
12-Regular payment collections
13-Monitor competitors and review their market performance.
14-Quote prices, credit terms/
15-Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as selling strategies or marketing information.
16-Provide feedback to product design teams so that products can be tailored to clients’ needs.
17-Assist the team in acquiring the target market share set forth by the company.
18-Diversify and increase the volumes of products sold to existing customers.
19-Articulate and deliver value proposition.
20-Negotiate and Close.
21-Follow up on collections with customers.
