Job description / Role

Handle enquiries from walk-in-customers, trade & overseas customers.
Identifies business opportunities by establishing contact, identifying and developing business relationships with new prospects.
Maintain and enhance relationships with existing & new customers. Proactively meet the customer needs.
Meeting monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets.
Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending trainings and through self-learning.
Coordinate with Logistics Manager for sales returns from customers and deliveries.
