Sales Coordinator – Projects Team

Charterhouse is working exclusively with an incredible multinational consumer goods brand which are looking to hire a sales coordinator to join their team in Dubai. This role will support the projects side of the business therefore should have prior experience of dealing with project related documentation such as tender submissions, contracts, proposals and invoices.

This is an amazing role which would best suit a conscientious, proactive and service driven individual who has past experience working in a similar supporting role. The day to day responsibilities will include; proper filing of all relevant documents and reports, supporting the Project Manager in tender submissions and presentations, submitting quotations and specification sheets within tight deadlines. Your role will coordinate with different departments within the business and external suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of projects, arranging installations, preparing invoices and warranty documentation and handling customer service related queries ensuring excellent after sales support. Due to the fast paced nature of the role and deadline driven environment our client is looking for someone who has excellent organisation skills, an eye for detail and positive attitude.
