The operational responsibilities of this position are:
1. Generating leads by contacting potential or existing customers to introduce the company and our products
2. Answering queries about the company and its products
3. Qualifying customers and identification of key contacts by engaging with them on the phone
4. Understanding customer requirements and presenting the appropriate products as solutions
5. Issuing proposals and closing deals on the phone where possible
6. Coordinating sales meetings with the field sales team as required
7. Maintaining detailed records of customer information and all customer interactions
8. Meeting sales and marketing campaign targets
9. Representing the company from time to time at industry events
Strong negotiating and selling skills.Be well-groomed and presentable.Have excellent people skills and intuitive to client’s needs.Be fully bilingual Giving professional presentations.Not buckling under pressure and be very target driven.Being computer literate in software such as Microsoft Word/Excel.Being calm when dealing with customer complaints and issues.
