Sales and Leasing Manager up to 10k Aed for a Real Estate Company in Dubai
• POSITION: Sales and Leasing Manager
• SALARY: up to 10,000 AED fixed salary depending on qualifications and experience plus commission
• HIRING COMPANY: Real Estate Company
• LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Immediately available will be prioritized (1 month-max)
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Ensure through continual training and counseling so that the team provides the highest caliber of service to the potential customers
• Ensure that all brokers are properly trained and motivated to achieve the company’s revenue targets.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with the customer to facilitate business and address any customer complain
• Review the collections situation to ensure collections are made as per plan and take corrective measures in case of delays
