  • Should be able to communicate with clients about the services offered and follow up with them in order to close the business deals
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
  • Analyzed blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other construction documents to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates for ongoing projects.
  • Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company’s products or services to customers.
  • Researching, developing, and modifying products to meet customers’ technical requirements and needs.
  • The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
  • Calculating client quotations Negotiating tender and contract terms.
  • Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing on terms and conditions.
