Job description / Role
• Accomplish sales targets set by the Management
• Ensure compliance with Company’s set standards at all times with administrative tasks
• To be updated with product knowledge of own brands
• To possess competitive knowledge of the similar products in the Market
• Ensure cleanliness of the store pertaining to floor, counters, and all equipment
• Greet all persons entering the shop, assess and understand customers’ requirements and aspirations to ensure to provide higher level of customer satisfaction at all times
• Provide necessary product and price information to the customer and effectively close the sale
• Prepare invoices as per the set standards by following guidelines with accuracy
• Prepare and submit Daily Sales Reports to the Shop Supervisor / Area Sales Manager
• Participate in the stock-taking process in line with the set guidelines
• Execute daily stock counts and maintain inventory
