Job Description

  1. Providing quotations.
  2. Process sales orders.
  3. Set up reports detailing sales initiatives, Daily, weekly, monthly & yearly performance reports.
  4. Maintain and update sales and customer records.
  5. Assist Sales Managers with annual budget preparation.
  6. Dealing with customer enquiries.
  7. Communicate important feedback from customers.
  8. Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
  9. Liaising with suppliers and customers.
  10. Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.
  11. Dealing with a variety of customer telephone enquiries.
  12. Entering information onto business systems and keeping this up-to-date.
  13. Reviewing returned document packages for completeness and accuracy.
  14. Manage the delivery to all customers, domestically & Internationally.
  15. Processing documents for export shipments.
