• Enhance and develop partnership and business relations with potential and existing business partners.
• Identification of resource requirements, mobilization, allocation, based on proper evaluations.
• Propose Development and implementation of department training programs.
• Maximize customer satisfaction to take full advantage and increase sales.
• Developing short and long-term strategies for the enhancing sales overall and outlet wise.
• Design & develop new Marketing & Advertisement plan and budget.
• Manage Relationships through Customer Relationship Management and ensure Customer Satisfaction.
• Ensure regular marketing campaigns to build brand awareness & add value.
• Ensure implementation of Quality Policy with Business Strategy.
• Explore and propose new areas, venues of business.
• Build strong and motivated sales team.
• Ensure business is segregated as per operations requirement, and justifies activity revenue.
• Ensure maximization / optimization of profit, resource utilization.
• Prepare Monthly Reports & Statistics including benchmarking data.
• Gather and utilize market intelligence.
• Maintain relevant client data and ensure updating regularly.
• Ensure regular interaction with potential and existing clients.
