Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all 5 key strategic talent specialism strategies are kept together in one location. This will also include arranging periodic review meetings to ensure strategies are reviewed regularly
- Responsible for implementing development initiatives and facilitating leading cohorts for 5S to 6S managers. This will also include responsibility for the end-to-end talent review process facilitation and may include supporting with pay review and bonus activities
- Responsible for providing delivery and facilitation of talent interventions for management across the zone
- Support Heads of Stores with interviews/panels for specific key roles at 5S/C6/6S levels
- With a deep understanding of the retail priorities and objectives support the Senior Talent Leads with the talent plan task allocation to Talent Delivery Consultants. This will ensure resource is flexed appropriately based on lead talent specialism priorities and business needs
- Support Senior Talent Leads to develop and execute talent strategies where required and in doing so feedback ideas and suggestions to support ongoing development. This can be supported by you b ringing external market knowledge and insight into team discussions in order to support Senior Talent Leads with their strategy development
